uneditable movement

With version 5.5.4 I cannot view a recording made and edit the movement.
Going into the details of the movements of a bank, clicking on a movement does not open anything and therefore to modify it, what should I do?

After some in-depth analysis, I saw that if I register a movement on the bank account (e.g. expense) until it is reconciled with, I can review it, modify it etc. but since I make the state "conciliated" I can no longer review or modify it.
But if I remember correctly it wasn't like that before. Why this decision? It can always happen to make some changes / additions e.g. in the description.
