Is the graph button missing for Statistics Report > Mode: Time ?

I'm sure there used to be a graph option button for the Statics Report Time Mode.

I am trying to to show a graph for categories/subcategories expenses on a monthly interval so that I can see where expenses are increasing/decreasing over the past 12 months. I can see the information in the table view, but there is no Graph icon button at the top next to the Table button.

Is this a bug or am I doing it wrong?

the graph part is not yet done, the wish was in 2 part:
1 the table (delivered)
2 the graph
