split didnt import from quicken

i have splits in quicken
how do i import them?
i imported all my quicken transactions successfully using a qif file
some of my transactions are splits and they show as split but homebank doesnt recognize/open them??
do i have to make a new entry and copy in the split data from quicken manually for each one then deleted the imported split that is not showing the split data
