How to convert from Quicken

Asked by Ed Lipson

I imported the QIF file from quicken. I see multiple accounts but the bank settings seem off.
How do I import accounts from quicken into an account in HB, match the names?
How do I set the initial balance correctly so I can move on with HB and leave Quicken? What import options do I need to use? What would I need to capture from Quicken to do this, before I delete Quicken?

what do you mean by : but the bank settings seem off.?
the QIF format might not contains all the quicken features
if you are able to produce a sample file from quicken that illustrate your problem, I would be glad to help.
do not provide your real file here of course.

Sorry to bother you, I've forgotten what this was about. Just too much
happening now to remember this issue.

Thanks,
Ed
