language and bank transfer

I have just installed the latest version and although I have chosen the Italian language, not everything is in Italian, in fact on several screens I find some in Italian and some in English. When can I see everything in Italian?
I also add that it is impossible to register a transfer because after entering all the data at the end it does not allow me to "add" the movement
