Is it possible to transfer data from iBank 4.6 (on an iMac) to Homebank (running on Lubuntu)?

I am running iBank 4.6 on an iMac OSX version 10.11.6, and Homebank on my laptop running Lubuntu 18.04. Is it possible to transfer data from one program to the other? I use the laptop when I am travelling and the iMac at home. I would like to just do a data transfer, and not have to re-key in all the data that has changed. The best option would be able to go seamlessly from one program to the other, and back.
Any info would be appreciated.
