Ubuntu presenting my husband's information for my acct.

Trying to log in to learn to use HomeBank. Ubuntu 1 prompted for confirmation of email. After confirming three times with no success, I happened to check my email where there was a msg saying an acct already existed. Went through pw reset process on logon page where Ubuntu 1 then asked me what personal info I wanted to display and showed me my husband's name and email address. Options were grayed out, so I couldn't make a selection. Next page took me to the Ask a Question prompt.
I just wanted to access my account with a new password.
