future account totals reflecting scheduled entries

Is it possible to have all scheduled entries accounted for in the future balance field?(s) I changed the properties to allow for 15 days post in advance however future totals are not reflecting the scheduled entries

Perhaps I have something setup incorrectly?

normally it's the case
if you set forward 15 days, the scheduled are inserted into their target account
but the post will occurs at next opening or if you force post pending
