Question About Homebank Budget Function

I have recently discovered Homebank and really like it. However, I am having a problem with the Budget function. I have assigned budget values (repeated every month) to specific categories. I have assigned transactions using those categories. However, when I pull the Budget report, I don't see the transactions decayed against the budgeted amount. I have attached screenshots.

Am I doing something incorrect?
