updating without losing data

I have been using HomeBank for some time but have version 4.6.3. I am likely to change from Windows 7 to Windows10 shortly and therefore wish to update to the latest version of Home Base.
Would such an update still work with Windows 7?
Would I lose any current data or history in updating?

HomeBank is not linked to Microsoft, you won't loose data (except from a clean install).
It's always safe to backup you personal files (including homebank one) before even an upgrade to windows 10
