Windows © : Preferences or last opened file never remembered

Symptoms:
- Whatever the preferences you changes, folder, color or any other, the default value always come back.
- The last opened file never get loaded

Problem:
HomeBank save 2 files into C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Local\HomeBank
And there might be a right restriction into one of this folder chain that prevent to save and read.

Solution:
Check that your user has right to RW into this folder
