2 -

i wanna know if you can add "linpopup" module or something like that , to the haguichi , for make a internal chat
and the file transfer can use "netsend" ???

or you can explainme if i can use another method to chat

Linux Haguichi > Windows Hamachi
Windows Hamachi > Linux Haguichi

In the Site Hamachi :>

External port: 12975 Internal port: 12975 Protocol: TCP (Initiator port)
External port: 32976 Internal port: 32976 Protocol: TCP (Session port)

External port: 443 Internal port: 443 Protocol: TCP (Non-SSL)

External port: 17771 Internal port: 17771 Protocol: UDP (Relay connection port)

With this information you can add , the chat support ???

If linpopup are used, if need modify the samba config file "smb.conf", by default in "/etc/samba/smb.conf"

in the "[GLOBAL]" section add :

message command = /usr/local/bin/LinPopUp "%f" "%m" %s; rm %s

If possibly this work ???

Hi Inukaze,

Thanks for your suggestions. I've done some research on the applications you mentioned. I found out they all make use of the Windows Messenger Service [1]. Starting with Windows Vista, this service is not present any more. So if you want to talk to Hamachi users on Windows, these applications won't be of any use -- unless they are using Windows XP or older.

Instead, I would suggest using Pidgin[2] (with "Bonjour protocol") on both sides. On Linux this protocol is available out of the box. On Windows there's some additional software you have to install [3].

Can you help with this problem?
