Character Count Missing

The character count seems to have gone missing, it was there up until recently and it has vanished. Is this by design in an updated version or something or an option that I have accidentally triggered? I have searched high and low for an answer but can't find anyone with a similar problem or even a mention of it.

The text section still goes red when I go over 140 characters, so it is still working but just not showing the character count.

I'm using Gwibber 2.31.1 on Lucid 10.04.

Typical, spent hours searching for a solution to this and then solve it within minutes of posting a question!

Gwibber is functioning fine, it is a problem with the Lucidity theme. The problem is only apparent on that theme, no others that I tested. As soon as I switch theme the character count comes back.

Sorry about that, but hopefully this will help anyone else who experiences a similar problem.
