committ directly to branch when fixing a bug?
Asked by
Jonathan Jesse
If you have direct access to commit to a branch is there a way to commit directly to the branch instead of creating a merge request?
Example: Today I was fixing a bug in kubuntu-docs and I have direct commit rights to lp:kubuntu-docs. When using ground control to fix a bug, I generated a merge request to fix the bug, instead of directly committing to the branch.
Am I doing somethng wrong or should I be able to commit directly via ground control instead of creating a merge request
Thanks,
Jonathan
