Enable the ppa.

ppa:loneowais/ppa

then in Software Center search for gmailwatcher and click install

To add the ppa:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:loneowais/ppa

copy and paste that ^ into a terminal (under applications -> accessories) window. Enter your password and then

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install gmailwatcher
