Can you run a custom command when a window is created?

I'd like to set the dark theme variant for Firefox developer edition whenever its window is created (this makes the title bar dark). I've kind of figured out how to do that from the command line via xprop and now I want to automate that. How can I do this?

Well I think this is not directly possible without changing code ...
