how to get started?

I want to learn how to code a flame from scratch, without the visual interface, but have no idea what I'm doing. is there a tutorial out there or any tips on getting started? thanks!

Hi there, fr0st has a scripting interface, with several example scripts.

You can invoke this functionality without the UI by importing fr0stlib from your python script.
