can not connect client

Asked by Benedict

I have a classroom of 25PC's some of the client can connect to the server but others can't.
here is the output after running epoptes-client -c from client which have been able to connect

root@camara1204a:~# epoptes-client -c
depth=0 C = AU, ST = Some-State, O = Internet Widgits Pty Ltd
verify error:num=18:self signed certificate
verify return:1
depth=0 C = AU, ST = Some-State, O = Internet Widgits Pty Ltd
verify return:1
DONE
Successfully fetched certificate from server:789

And here is the output after running epoptes-client -c from client which couldn't connect to server

epoptes-client -c
depth=0 C = AU, ST = Some-State, O = Internet Widgits Pty Ltd
verify error:num=18:self signed certificate
verify return:1
depth=0 C = AU, ST = Some-State, O = Internet Widgits Pty Ltd
verify error:num=9:certificate is not yet valid
notBefore=Aug 4 12:12:49 2014 GMT
verify return:1
depth=0 C = AU, ST = Some-State, O = Internet Widgits Pty Ltd
notBefore=Aug 4 12:12:49 2014 GMT
verify return:1
DONE
Successfully fetched certificate from server:789

It seems from the second output there is addition lines

depth=0 C = AU, ST = Some-State, O = Internet Widgits Pty Ltd
verify error:num=9:certificate is not yet valid

please assist

ntpdate and/or ntp.
