Ummm, Jord_101, your question has nothing to do with Entertainer Media Center.

I'm assuming that your question is about synaptic package manager and Ubuntu. You could ask elsewhere on Launchpad or try #ubuntu or #ubuntu-motu on IRC on the Freenode network.
