Power button popup window design choice

It is functional as it is now, however I remember back in Jupiter that it had a much more clarifying and detailed window. Why is the new one to in poverty when compared to the richer one used before? I'd highly recommend using the interface of the one found in Jupiter.

Can you please explain why exactly? Please be more specific as to why Jupiter's was better.

It had descriptive text as to what every action does exactly. It had icons that made each option quickly recognizable. It had the power options enumerated, and the cancel button elsewhere. Now it kinda randomly sticks in the row between Shutdown and Restart.
