Unable to install package syslinux-themes-elementary

I am trying to build Luna and for that when I try to install the dependencies I get the following error "Unable to locate package syslinux-themes-elementary". Can anybody tell me how to resolve this issue ?

Okay added elementryos ppa . Building right now. If everything works out then I will install it and help in reporting bugs.
