Admin password stopped working

Asked by debianrocks

I have found this problem to be consistently happening with ehcp. After being used for three or four months, the ehcp admin password resets itself and I am unable to log in. I have reset it in the mysql database to the default, yet it still won't allow login. I have tried decrypting the md5 string and this does resolve to the correct password. Does anyone have any ideas?

ehcp password recovery: http://www.ehcp.net/?q=node/539
why it is happening: no idea yet, I need to analyse your system maybe,
make sure nobody else has access to your server or mysql.
what version of ehcp do you have? ver 0.29.15.4 suggested., at least 0.29.15
