2nd DSHub

hi,
I'm trying to start up a 2nd DSHub with same server's ip but diff port.
Even i fixed ports on my ruter and firewall and also uploaded a 2nd DSHub folder hub can't listen to server;s ip can't start over. please inform me what i'm doing wrong
