Not working on a fresh install of 14.04 LTS (64 bit)

'Drawers' appears to install fine, but when I try to drag applications in to a drawer all I get is a non-functional 'star' icon. It appears Unity is not passing any of the information necessary to launch the application to 'Drawers'. Also, I cannot seem to add more than one of the non-functional icons to the drawer. The behavior is similar to other reports I've seen for past releases. I'm confused because other folks somehow seem to be able to get this to work correctly on 14.04 LTS, others have written asking for the repository to be updated to support 'trusty'.

I've tried installing from the repository 'ppa:ian-berke/ppa-drawers', and also by downloading the '.deb' here. Rebooting does not seem to help. It is unclear whether those getting this to work are using an upgraded version of 14.04, or the LTS that I downloaded on 4/17. Any idea what I could be doing wrong?

I'm willing to donate again (and plenty) to get this to work on 14.04LTS. The new release is useless to me without 'Drawers'

I apologize for this. Adding apps from dash is currently broken. To add an
app, open your file manager and navigate to /usr/share/applications. You
can then drag and drop launchers into a drawer from there. I will try and
get this fixed as soon as possible.

I can confirm this is still happening and the /usr/share/applications "fix" does not work on my Trusty install.

Bryan - I'm not sure what could be going wrong for you. When Ian updated drawers it started working flawlessly for me; I can drag directly from the dash to the folders. How did you update to the latest version?

I just installed (bought the paid version too, because I figured it was worth supporting) and I don't get the drawers at all :-( I created 3 of them, nothing shows up in my launcher.
