Docky

I want my docky to be glowing.

Hi!
When you hit the settings button Docky is glowing to indicate which dock your are working on. I personally find it fascinating and would like my docky to glow like that all the time (I know it sound crazy but this has been bugging me for awhile). Is it even possible?
