Gnome Do fails to load in Ubuntu 9.05

Gnome Do fails to load in Ubuntu 9.05 on a 64 bit with a Nvidia driver (version 180). I tried it both with Compiz activated and not. I attempted removing and reloading Gnome Do multiple times. Nothing worked.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

UPDATE: Gnome DO will load in another login on the same machine. I reset the desktop settings on the original login, but Gnome Do still failed to load. Both logins have similar desktop configurations.

You could start Gnome Do from a terminal and see what error messages you get; you might also try (re)moving your Gnome Do profile – I believe it is located in ~/.local/share/gnome-do .
