If you use Unity you can use the Unity Diodon Scope for this:
sudo apt-get install unity-diodon-scope

Once installed and logged out and logged in the Clipboard Scope can be opened with Super<b>

If you do not use Unity there is a Bug #891042 which is requesting this feature with some more details. Best have a look there.

Sorry there is a typo it should be the following command for the Unity Scope for Diodon:
sudo apt-get install unity-scope-diodon
