[Request] - Move program actions to top of the list

Hello,

I have a clipboard size of 100 items, so when I need to edit my preferences or clear all the data, I have a huge list of items to scroll before I can access to those actions. A faster way is pressing the "End" key, but it would be better if those actions are at top.

The main action of a clipboard history is to access the clipboard items and if the program action are at the top means every time you have to access a clipboard item you have to press at least 4 keys.... not really sure if this is really desirable.

What you can do though to access the program actions quickly is to use the different shortcuts available.

So for Clear simply press c after history is opened. p for preferences and q for quit.
