The Dell Mini Project

Dell mini 9 wireless connection

Brand new Mini 9 System found my network but won' accept the passkey of the of the network. I made a manual connection which was successful. Now I don't know how to have the the computer to find other networks, as the "enable wireless connection" in the drop down box has disappeared. Dell support won't help me, and I don't know how to solve this problem. Thanks for any help.

Ypee.... It worked and I have decided to keep the mini because of this helpful answer!!! Thanks so much for your suggestions.

I am in the process of canceling a return order, because the only thing wrong with this computer was the wireless connection.

I have encountered the same problem, and have given up on my mini...
I also have problems opening up any videos, and at times pictures. It is too big a challenge constantly disappointing.
