Deja-dup failed restoing. Gpg user agent

Asked by link22

I deleted by mistake a file. I made a dejadup backup yesterday.

When I click on the Nautilus folter to restore the missing files, it opens dejadup to start searching for the files. However, instead of finding the files it gives the following error.

===== Begin GnuPG log =====
gpg: WARNING: "--no-use-agent" is an obsolete option - it has no effect
gpg: AES encrypted data
gpg: encrypted with 1 passphrase
gpg: decryption failed: Bad session key
===== End GnuPG log =====

HOw can I solve this? The file it deleted is quite important for my work.

Cheers

Hello! Let's see if we can figure this out.

Do you know version are you using? (It should be in the About menu.)

That error looks like an old passphrase issue we had to deal with. Does this page help?

Can you help with this problem?
