Support for multiple profiles(settings)

I find it a great program with one lacking feature, which allows to have multiple back-up profiles. To put it simply, sometimes I need to do a backup of folder A into folder B, and sometimes I need a backup of folder C in folder D.
Each time I run the program I can open/load a profile which had been set up.
What do you think? Thanks for the great program.
