Déjà Dup

Unable to use Deja Dup Backup

Backup not working . Keeps asking for the password for encryption . I just keep getting password requests have only ever had 1 password for Ubuntu so it cannot be me putting the wrong password. I am using Ubuntu 14.04 LTS. I see there is a bug report,
any solution yet?

I don't seem to be getting any help. Anyone suggest an alternative program?
