Can’t download from LAN connection users

I can not download audio files from users who have a LAN or cable connection. All other users I can download from. Thanks

DC clients with such connection type strings are 15+ years old and so incompatible with modern versions. From such little information you shared it's a bit hard to give a certain answer but probably that is your problem.

Thank you. I can download initial files but not the actual audio tracks. “File not found” is displayed.

That signs the incompatibility problem even more likely.
