https:// instead of http:// in future DC++ release for https://dchublist.org/hublist.xml.bz2 Please - for security's sake.

Hublist.xml.bz2 will be served on both http (for old clients that dont download https) and https should be used for all up to date clients since we have encrypt all policy on www nowadays.

The list of servers released with the next version is not finalized yet and this change was already planned. Thanks for the reminder though.
