DC++

Dead hublists in DC++

After looking in DC++ 0.708 and checking the numbers of hublists that are added there, 7, 3 of the hublists are dead and should be removed.

One well working hublist is also missing from the list and I suggest it to be added instead of one of the three dead ones:

This should be a bug report for this, either because the key developers rarely looking into the Answers section. Please make a new bug entry and name those servers which are not working.
The current default hublists are :
