Download Problem

Asked by jmspence

When I search for anything, I can connect but when I click on the file to download to go to the menu but then displays "Count not open target file: There is not enough space on the disk." what does this exactly mean. I can't complete any download at all. Thanks

You don't have enough disk space on the drive where your unfinished download directory set.

Easy, if a disk is full, you need to clean it up, delete files or buy a new harddrive
Or if you have free space on another disk, set the downloads to that disk, both unfinished and completed downloads.
