Trouble connecting to countryjukebox hub

I used to connect to countryjukebox but now I can not connect the message says it is not responding. I was told to go to settings and general then put 4411 in the ports =empty random but have tryed settings and i don't have a general file. have 4411 in all the boxes marked port but nothing is working. I can connect to other hubs. Can anyone help please.
