My computer crashed repeatedtly after allowing it to download from HCM for about a day. Eventually I gave up and deleted all downloads from my download folder, but now I've been blocked from the site. I don't know if the two are related, but I need to know what to do next. At least my computer isn't crashing anymore.

As indicated above, I had to delete all my downloads due to repeated crashes and instability. Sometimes, my computer would reboot without warning or my download folder and any other windows I might have open would suddenly close without warning. I concluded it was due to something I had downloaded from HCM because the issue resolved itself immediately after I deleted all downloads from the downloaded folder. For some reason though, I'm now blocked from downloading anything at HCM. Please tell me how to correct this or advise me on what to do. Thanks. My goal is to remove the block at HCM.
