DC++

Can't connect in active mode

I have an internal IP address and am not behind a router, but connected directly to a Comcast modem. Is there any way for me to connect to my hub of choice in ACTIVE mode? I am also using PC Tools Firewall Plus, but it seems to recognize DC++ just fine. Help!!

ipconfig should give a default gateway. What happens when you try to open that address in a browser (when I had comcast, my modem wasn't a router, but still had a config page)?

Try looking up your model at www.portforward.com. Your "modem" seems to double as a router.
