What is the maximum number of movies I can download before being kicked off? Or how many kbs?

There are no limits on DC++ , you can download all what you want :)
You must only respect hub's rules and be educated with people in chat , that's all....

How do I know what the hubs rules are? Because for us, if we download more than say 6 or 7 movies, we get kicked off the internet for 5 days. I want to know what the limit is before I get kicked off.

Us? Who kicks you off? Your internet service provider? Maybe you should ask them.

Sounds like imb says, an limit from your ISP, check your contract with them instead. As there is no way for a hub to know how much you have been downloaded, the only one that knows is the ISP.
