could not open target file: there is not enough space on the disk

I have almost 200 gigs of free space but when i try to download a 7.9gig file is says there is not enough space on the disk...how can i change things so it can download?

Is your temporary download files stored on a different harddisk than the one with a lot of room on ?
Fat32 can also have issues with files over 4gb. Should use NTFS if that is the case.
