DC++ 0.75 has stopped working

My DC++ has suddenly stopped working, although it previously ran perfectly.
It keeps coming up with this mesagge:

[20:55] <*Dtella> *** FAILED TO BIND UDP PORT ***
[20:55] <*Dtella> Dtella was not able to listen on UDP port 59877. One possible reason for this is
[20:55] <*Dtella> that you've tried to make your DC client use the same UDP port as Dtella. Two
[20:55] <*Dtella> programs are not allowed listen on the same port. To tell Dtella to use a
[20:55] <*Dtella> different port, type !UDP followed by a number. Note that if you have a firewall
[20:55] <*Dtella> or router, you will have to tell it to let traffic through on this port.

How do i get it to start working again? I haven't changed any settings or anything like that.

As the maintainer of the dtella-cambridge network, i can see you are not a member of our dtella network.

However, the solution is to run the dtella.exe executable (which should run at startup by default) which can be found in the start menu

wait no - I am being a bit of a twit.

that means you havnt got that port opened in your firewall. You need to open it and ensure that you only have one instance of dtella open at once (This should be the default case as dtella itself should ensure that only 1 instance exists)
