How to push to a readonly transport?

I get this error when I try to push my commits to the trunk series.

user@host:~/Desktop/corpusfiltergraph$ bzr push lp:corpusfiltergraphbzr: ERROR: Cannot lock LockDir(chroot-70288336:///%2Bbranch/corpusfiltergraph/.bzr/branch/lock): Transport operation not possible: readonly transport

This branch hosts its code at https://corpfiltergraph.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/corpfiltergraph.

Is this causing the lock above? How can I unlock this branch and permanently break the connection to the sourceforge.net repository?
