As I can update my version of compiz, compiz plugins, compiz and compiz fusion plugins extra?

Ubuntu 12.08 version compiz 0.9.5.92

To get the latest compiz 0.9.8, you must install the current Ubuntu 12.10 pre-release:
    http://www.ubuntu.com/testing

However 12.10 is not stable or officially released yet. You can still get compiz 0.9.7 by installing Ubuntu 12.04 from:
    http://www.ubuntu.com/download
