I see I have a bunch checked.
So what ?
How to I activate them, how do I update them, etc.
Could find nothing in any documentation.

All checked plugins are activated. Plugins are part of Coccinella, so they are updated when you update Coccinella. There are no third-party plugins AFAIK.

I can consider this closed.

I was playing with the
  Action | SetLocation,
and having a bit of a problem and then saw the plugin of GeoLocation, that I thought might be useful, if I knew anything about how to use it.

No Matter.
I was just on a lark.
