GUI out of date can't update using Zorin 8.1 ultimate

Im using Zorin 8.1 ultimate and downloaded clamtk and everything works ok, but the GUI is outdated, Ive downloaded current version and can't seem to install it. The threats update ok and it also says there is an updated version for my GUI , but it wont update. Everything else seems to work ok, Didn't know how important this is. Thank you Tom T

Hi,

I'm not familiar with Zorin, but I believe it is based on Debian. Anyway, go to the home page:

http://code.google.com/p/clamtk/

And download the Debian/Ubuntu DEB you see, and double-click that one. That should work. If not, post back here. Depending on what version of programs Zorin has, you may have to use the legacy version.

I downloaded gdebi package installer and it installed it with no problem. Thanks for the response. Tom T
