/usr/lib64/chromium-browser/resources empty

Seems like native 64 build has empty resource directory. It seems like because of this chrome://devtools/devtools.html is not working also.

you need to install chromium-browser-inspector. it's optional.

FYI, tool strips extensions seems to open devtools when you right click on them...this is how i noticed it was not there since I got page not found error.
