Cardapio for all users?

I've been working on creating a skeleton folder for all users and would like to use Cardapio as the default application menu / launcher, but have been unable to get Cardapio to work for any new users at all (even removing the panel that should have it by default, then adding it to that panel doesn't place Cardapio there). Is there a way to do this or is it an unknown bug?

Can you open a bug report about this? Also, since I don't even begin to know how to make something become the default for all users, please include in the report *how* you were trying to do so :)

I think I get what he's saying. He's trying to make Cardapio a default application, probably for a remix. What you would need to do is use a compatible DE (whether Gnome, MATE, etc) and have a global .gtk-bookmarks file, probably in the same area where you make your panel settings.

I am working on a remix and doing the same thing.

Can you help with this problem?
