Canonical SSO provider

Please remove my @ubuntu.com and @canonical.com adresses from SSO db

After adding my <email address hidden> and <email address hidden> I faced 2 issues with launchpad - [1] and
[2].

Since there is no possibility for an end-user to remove email from SSO at the moment, I kindly ask you to remove e-mail addresses
* <email address hidden>
* <email address hidden>
from login.ubuntu.com SSO account so that I could add them via Launchpad.

<stuartm> odd. I've just added two emails (unverified) to my sso account and they're already showing up in login.launchpad.net, but they're not visible in launchpad itself. I suspect they've changed the way they handle their email states.
