Caffeine running non-stop?

Good afternoon.
I am currently successfully using Caffeine on a Ubuntu 10.04 machine connected to a screen that needs to display information non-stop. I had to install Caffeine because the screen would go off at odd times. Now, my problem is, since this machine is very rarely (if ever) turned off, and I am not exactly a Linux pro-user ( ;) ), is there any way I can make sure caffeine works non-stop? Or otherwise, is there a way I can make sure it starts again immediately after it stops? Any kind of help will be much appreciated! Thanks in advance.
